Dr. Joerg Jung is Senior Director R&D at Curia and heads the Chemical Development team in Frankfurt. Joerg received his Ph.D. in organsssometallic chemistry from the University of Giessen (Germany) in 1996. He has more than 20 years experience in the CS/CMO industry, serving major pharmaceutical companies worldwide. His core expertise is organometallic chemistry, cross-coupling chemistry and heterocyclic chemistry with focus on the development of robust and economic processes for rapid scale-up from the lab to a multi-100 kg scale.
Joachim Kaus is Managing Director at Curia Germany GmbH and heading the Frankfurt site. Joachim is a chemical / biotechnology engineer with experiences in development of API´s and intermediates. He has more than 30 years of experience in the pharma industry, to develop and scale up API´s and intermediates from lab scale to metric ton production.
